I would be exceedingly cautious about the accuracy of this poll. The volume of undecideds at this point is simply too large.

that is in spite of a bottomless pit of Democratic money going to Nye. His TV adds appear on every station seemingly more than once per hour. I am as tired of seeing his face as I am of Obama’s.

The lack of independent polling in this race has been surprising; by my tally, this is the first media poll I’ve seen since Rigell won the primary. Nye is a favorite of the local media, so I believe the lack of polling is deliberate, to some degree. They’re trying to keep Glenn Nye propped up, in hopes that Rigell makes a mistake, or union money can bail him out.
Also, good to see that Golden isn’t a factor. His military record is impressive, but Kenny believed the nomination should have been his by acclamation.
The undecideds should break decisively for Rigell.
