The crack Justice Dept. unit(MOVE Act)set up to protect military voters is beginning to resemble the Keystone Kops operation of 2008. The latest: DOJ's complete failure to ensure that military voters get their 2010 ballots on time. It turns out that after they concluded that all military ballots in Illinois went out on time, they were wrong. In fact, it is unclear if they have gone out at all. Add to this that the DOJ finally got around to filing a lawsuit against Guam for failing to send out military ballots - something that still hasn't been accomplished despite the September 18 deadline. Then there is New York, which requested and received a waiver of the MOVE Act and promised to send absentee ballots no later than October 1, 2010 - that is, a mere 32 days before the election. Unfortunately, New York could not even meet this requirement. In the meantime, look for the DOJ to miss even more instances of noncompliance with the Move Act. The methods the use to detect failure are themselves a failure!

One of the problems is that many bpeople who have never worked under people like Holder do not believe that one who has risen to his position can possibly be that incompetent.

During the Bush Gore election there were thousands of Lawyers put in place to make sure BLACK VOTERS were’nt denied access to voting.

I was just thinking that the voting forms not mailed to the soldiers just might show up in the mail bags on a recount day.
By not allowing the military to vote due to “lost” ballots, etc will benefit the current administration. It is actually unlawful for this to happen as it is against the Constitutional Rights to vote.
DOJ and Holder should be held up to be accountable for this kind of behavior!

Absolutely. One doesn’t have to be a conspirary theorist to relize that Obama-Holder know the military votes will favor their political opponents and they will take any action or no action to compromise the impact - even de facto disenfranchisement.

All military families and all military veterans must vote these human waste out of office. Help neuter the enemies within by taking both Houses of Congress on November 2nd. On November 3rd, we must begin our campaign to cleanse the Ruling Class Elitists out in 2012; banish them to the gutters they crawled out of.
Our fathers and grandfathers fought the enemies of freedom for over four years. We can do no less today. To answer the Liberals in the MSM, YES, we can keep up the momentum through 2012 and beyond to stay free from the likes of them and the Ruling Class in DC and elsewhere who are plotting to destroy our country and steal our freedom.
