She nails it here. Stopping, or slowing down, the EPA and many other agencies is going to be difficult. Hope the Republican majority can do something about it.

The left wrote the book on how to fight the government. The National Beef Association needs to man up and sue the EPA at every turn. If they loose file an appeal and another suit for something else. Tie them up in litigation and FOIA demands until they pick an easier target.

Has the EPA completed a comprehensive environmental impact study that includes the economic impact of their new regulations? That’s the first place to start.
