It depends on how much he values his reputation as being for good, sound law versus bad, unconstitutional law.
It doesn't matter how the courts rule. The system is unsustainable. It will collapse on its own. How are people going to pay the fines, much less buy health insurance, if they have no jobs.
no way in hell it is overturned. useful exercise nonetheless as it provides an opportunity for our side to make its case in the media if the talking heads discuss it and if we get anything other than a token RINO on those shows
Heathcare has to be dealt with politically. We can’t depend on the courts. We have to tell everyone in congress that they won’t be elected if they persist in trying to jam this down Americans’ throats. I’m glad this ruling came down before the midterm elections and I hope it is widely publicized.
