Amen, brother.
And outlaw a torch. Outlaw a pitchfork. I want to see them try.
I want to see this. Seriously. I want to see the escalation, not in words, but in actions, so Americans see the starkness of their choice.
Makes these people either abandon their tyranny or defend it.
My country is worth it. My life is worth it.
Bringing torches or pitchforks...Screw the money...That investment in my nation is worth it.

Indeed.

I’m working up to break a couple of ordinances/statutes so I can challenge their legitimacy in court; sadly it seems no-one in an authority-position is willing to “stop the buck” on a couple of legal contradictions I’ve found.
My State Constitution says:
Sec. 6. [Right to bear arms.]
No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for
lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein shall be held
to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way,
an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.
Yet there is a State Statute which prohibits firearms from campuses:

AND a city ordinance prohibiting firearms in public city-parks (I don’t have the number with me now, but it should be easy for me to get the next time I go to the park — it’s on a big old sign there.)
AND there’s the other issue of Municipal and County courthouses barring weapons from their premises; absolutely and inarguably a violation of “No Municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.”
>Makes these people either abandon their tyranny or defend it.
Honestly they are likely to attack you (physically, legally, monetarily, etc) rather than give up their power; but I suppose that could be considered defending their tyranny.
>My country is worth it. My life is worth it.
I feel the same way.
>Bringing torches or pitchforks...Screw the money...That investment in my nation is worth it.
I would normally agree with you; except that my income is currently negative... and I need to make money to get food, right?
Bringing torches or pitchforks...Screw the money...That investment in my nation is worth it.
