Most DC politicians have something or the other they might “have to resign” for. Others pull such items out of the closet when it is time to get rid of them. Do you think it was a coincidence that this turned into an issue when Nixon was about to resign?
I’ve thought that the zero birth certificate issue may be in this category. At the point he becomes too much of a liability and the rats have a not-goofy VP (HRC is evil, not goofy like Biden), it could well be “OMG, he really isn’t qualified to be president.” Remember, it was HRC supporters who started and continue to push this issue.
Granted, but I think the powers that be at the time, were looking ahead. They planned on Nixon being forced out and in planning this put in place an acceptable replacement prior to his departure.
In the current scenario, they may be planning on the Zero being forced out, placing the Hidabeast as an heir apparent.
