Pantano, a Marine Corps officer during the Iraq war, was charged with premeditated murder in 2005, and prosecutors accused him of shooting two Iraqis in the back. An investigating officer later said Pantano made "serious errors" in judgment but should not be brought to trial for murder.

It’s against the rules for a soldier to shoot the enemy in the back? Is this in every scenario? For instance, the enemy is retreating. You’re supposed to let them go, regroup then attack again?

Is this the same guy whose case was featured on Michael Savage? If so, the accusations sound totally bogus as the so-called victims were known terrorists.

Our men have no obligation to fight Al Qaida according to Robert's Rules of Order until such time, if any, that Al Qaida signs on to the Geneva Convention and adheres to it.
