More Government teat-sucking "experts" demanding more money from the long-suffering US taxpayer.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Did I say NO? Because I meant to say NO.

Well, November is coming and we've got a chance to bury all these stupid ideas, including those hair brained 'light rail' projects and drive a stake through their hearts.

I can't wait...

Plus, you know governments would LOVE to have a justification for GPS tracking of every private vehicle. OF COURSE it would never be used for ANYTHING other than taxaction /sick sarcasm.

Agree totally. No government will be recording my mileage any more than they already do for yearly vehicle inspection. If I have to drive an uninspected vehicle with expired tags, so be it. I'll pay the fines if I get stopped and ticketed.

And just how, exactly, are the light rail projects “hair brained”? Are they viable in all markets? No. Are they useful in many? Absolutely.
