The articles I’ve read about SEIU’s insanely overstretched finances make it plain that the point of collapse has been reached and the various locals are in the process of revolting. That’s why Andy Stern bailed out.

Any good sources for information on this? My S-I-L is a die hard SEIU member but mostly she's ignorant and doesn't care to hear otherwise.

I get the impression that individual members are voiceless and powerless but that the regional barons who run the locals as private fiefdoms are the ones who are revolting against their capo de tutti capi in D.C.
