Instead of joining a ‘normal’ gang, they joined Al Qaeda. They are still criminals but now have a shot at 72 virgins, or so they were told.
Based on the chatter of the past few days, I wouldn’t be surprised if Red States might be targets this time. That’s why Obama isn’t issuing a warning.

I disagree, terrorists are exactly that. They select targets primarily for image, publicity, and casualty count.
That criteria dictates concentrated civilians and icons found in urban cities which happen to be liberal cities, mostly found in blue states.
The last try was a car firebomb at a children's movie theater in Times Square.
They won't show up where there's lots of guns in waistbands.
If Obama has anything to say about it, a Red state will be targeted. Considering that Obama has never been to Tennessee, and didn't do SQUAT when Nashville flooded last year, nor during the ice storm of 2009, I would suspect that TN is at the top of his list.
No doubt. My trip to the UK in 1996 was my first venture overseas and my first use of a passport.
Now it's a question of whether I will need to get a new passport before the current one expires. I've already had new pages added and they're filling up. Not sure this is a good thing.
