Rep. Inglis: Tea Party rhetoric hurts GOP (ousted RINO defends Obama, says he is not a "dictator")

Rep. Bob Inglis (R-S.C.), who lost his Republican primary earlier this year at the hands of a Tea Party-backed candidate, suggested Tuesday that rhetoric on the right is hurting the credibility of the GOP.

In an interview on CNN's "American Morning," Inglis said the tone against President Obama is too harsh and very often false.

"It's also not true that he's a Muslim," said Inglis. "It's not true that he wants to take over as a dictator. These things — we need to get rid of these things so we can build on credible, solid information."

“Tea Party rhetoric” didn’t help King George III either.

Dissent is only patriotic if it comes from the Left so everyone else needs to shut up, correct?

I almost wish Obama would get his wish of becoming a dictator, just so I could laugh at this clown as he was marched up to the gallows. Almost.

I wonder if these RINO’s understand they are being used or are so obtuse that they think people really care what they think. Do you ever see center right dems who lose to liberal dems on the talk shows saying the dems are hurting the party being so liberal? Duh you are a looooooser.

rhetoric on the right is hurting the credibility of the GOP.

It's not about the GOP genius

it's about the Constitution

it's about America

it's about freedom and liberty

it's about what we leave for our posterity

Every time he opens his mouth he just proves even more that he is someone who was never on the side of Republicans to begin with. Good riddance, RINO!

Is it any wonder that the Republican leadership does not want to end earmarks and stop spending like drunken retards? Why do Republicans vote for dirtbags like this? Dr. Bob Jones endorsed this scumbag.

What does this elitist weasel Inglis mean when he says “we?” Surely, after his post-primary temper tantrum, he is not hallucinating that he has anything to do with either conservatives or Republicans. Princess Lisa Moocowski South Carolina style. Voters took away HIS seat in Congress. He’ll show them! South Carolinians: Remember Inglis’s behavior if he ever again has the gilt-edged nerve to seek a GOP nomination for ANYTHING. Ashes to ashes. Dust to dust.

When an incumbent can’t win a FIVE WAY primary (he received a paltry 27% of the vote) and loses 71-29 in the runoff, ut’s safe to say his political intuition is not too keen. THIS IS SOUTH CAROLINA! His kind is better off in Massachusetts or Vermont, if they have to be anywhere.
