"How many Americans would be willing to clean a house for $23 dollars an hour?"

A most excellent question!

The woman should have been deported yesterday. She admitted she’s illegal.

Why doesn’t someone rise up and challenge that poor excuse for an attorney.

As I understand it, anyone can call in and file a complaint with the CAlifornia dept of professional registration and the Bar.

She sold out her client. She is contemptible.

“Not hiring Hispanics” was not a serious reply. It was a poor attempt to highlight the knee jerk reaction this kind of B.S. causes. Also the implication it was a problem for Hispanics to address. Of course neither of these are reasonable reactions. Any more than it is reasonable to require an employer to do more than Whitman did. What we really need to address is Allred and her ilk. And we are, Nov. elections.

There is a business opportunity out there for someone willing to do real background checks and the extra due diligence on potential hires. Properly vetting them so that people like Meg Whitman can have greater assurance this kind of BS won't happen to them.

Also, Conservatives really must start appealing to legal Hispanic voters by asking a simple question in response to amnesty:

“What does amnesty say to all those who stood in line, paid their fees, took the tests, and took the oath of citizenship?”

A great deal of those legal immigrants should be pissed off at the thought of amnesty.

Tea Party candidates should be asking this question on a daily basis to point out the obvious. Cheapening citizenship is not the answer.

Priceless. Mark Levin sliced and diced All-Red into confetti.

Allred said Diaz Santillan was not getting paid by anyone

Such an obvious lie that only a Democrat would believe it...and a stupid one, at that.

Yup, on Levin's program, she said that the housekeeper was referred to her by another lawyer. Sounds a bit different here.

I listened to Allred get shredded by Levin. Then she went on to Greta's Fox News show and get shredded. Then Allred was on another conservative show.

I got to thinking, why is she going on these unfriendly shows, where she gets killed for poorly representing her client? Last night, it hit me. She's going on the conservative shows to reach Whitman voters. If it were her normal liberal/left schtick, she'd stay with the Drive-bys. Nope, she wants to dirty up Whitman to her potential voters.

It ain't gonna work, in fact, it's going to drive passion for Whitman for the first time. It's been hold your nose and vote Whitman, now Whitman's seen as victim of the Progressives.

notice what Gloria is trying to do here? She’s trying to slap Whitman with a process crime. Never mind the fact that Whitman didn’t know that she hired an illegal and theres no evidence to support that she did. Gloria is trying to charge Whitman of lying about how she never got the letter. A letter that was sent 7 years ago, that only her husband have received and given to the housemaid to check. At most Whitman forgot or mistaken, and even if she did lie about receiving the letter, the letter doesn’t prove that she knew she was an illegal. So whast the underlying crime? She lied about receiving the letter? Is that the crime?

Allred said Diaz Santillan was not getting paid by anyone, and that the housekeeper had only recently contacted her.

I seriously doubt that Nicky contacted Allred. My bet would be that Allred dug her name up and offered her a "deal".

FACTOID Meg hired the woman thru an agency; the agency was compelled to verify her status using background checks, etc. The border-jumper (1) falsified documents, (2) used her sister's SS no, (3) stole US mail (federal offense), (4) hid the SS letter for years (obstructing justice).

Therefore, by defending the illegal, Allred, an officer of the court, is aiding and abetting several felonies.....AND she put her client in legal jeopardy.

FACTOID A lawyer must bring a case to court with "clean hands"....meaning no laws were broken in the effort to seek jurisprudence.

================================================

Meg could get couple million votes from this pic alone. Tout Hollywood will vote
for Meg. They all have latino help---and fear Allred will come after them next.

" Can't you fake more tears, you dumb*** border-jumper?
How do you think we're gonna nail Whitman if you don't play your part?"

This post will not be popular, but here goes. It is very simple. DO NOT HIRE HISPANICS. Sorta like the peaceful moslem problem. Maybe if the Hispanics start getting push back they will not support the illegals. Make it their problem. And I am not Racist, I am voting for Rubio.

So you wouldn't hire my son, who's born and raised 100% American? He's dark skinned, Latino eyes and looks like a brown Brad Pitt, but he looks like a moreno Latino.

So you wouldn't hire him because on the outside he appears to be Latino?

I can't believe I'm reading this here at FR.

This is as bad as anything I'd read at Democrat Underground.

I'm in shock.

I had hoped for my children we could destroy the racists amongst the democrats for the future of my children, so they could live this in this free nation without fear of being judged for their heritage, which is both proud and beautiful. They are 100% American, and deserve an equal chance just as any other man or woman in this nation.

Not a popular post? It's neither thoughtful or responsible and I don't think it belongs on this forum.

We are all Americans.

I was raised not to see the difference but to appreciate the good amongst the people I met. I refuse to deny a fellow man for the nature of their birth.

In fact, now I am more motivated than ever to reach out to and protect my fellow man or woman, no matter who they are or where they are from. Especially when they are as American as any one of us here reading this post.

And yes, it's for the children...

I will pray for you, brother, sincerely.

It's pretty clear Whitman is off the hook legally, doing the middleman thing and all. Ethically, she isn't. She should be hiring US citizens who need jobs. Seems to me, by going to that agency, she was making damn sure she didn't have to break the law while avoiding offering work to a US citizen.

She went about finding an employee who (purportedly) had every legal right to work in the US.

Had she specified that she would only hire a US citizen, she would have exposed both herself and the agency to the risk of facing a discrimination lawsuit.

Meg Whitman did exactly that when she hired her housekeeper and look where doing that got her.

The $23 an hour salary is mandated by law----based on an employee having legal status.

Since Diaz lied about her status, she could be prosecuted for extortion, obtaining money under false pretenses, falsifying official documents, presenting false instruments for filing, or somesuch.

She falsified SS forms, using her sister's SS no---chargeable under facilitating fraud, collusion, conspiracy to collude, and so on.
