After James William Guercio cut his teeth on the Buckinghams, he went to work for Chicago. It was a unique sound for the time. It was almost as though the Big Bands had come back.

When Chicago first came on the scene, I wasn’t sure I liked them.
They were SO different from what was going on at that time.
I learned to love them, though!
They were/are a phenomenal talent!
