I thought the reason folks hired illegal aliens was that they didn’t have to pay decent wages or social security for them?
That alone proves that they thought she was legal.
Actually, it goes further than that. They don't have to abide by labor laws, they can add on duties, avoid paying overtime and the illegal rarely complain, and many times they don't pay benefit etc...That's why the wealthy many times use illegal aliens clearing houses, other wise known as domestic, "Employment agencies" which everyone knows are staffed with illegal aliens that wont bitch or make demands for the most part...It puts all the blame and liability on the agencies, and limits liability on the wealthy. This is nothing new.
