I would suggest North Korea and Iran, for a start. After that, we will see. I heard Ollie North say this idea should be communicated to them, that if a nuc goes off anywhere in the world, their countries will be swallowed up by mushroom clouds.

Ollie's right on this... The other advantage is if either of those countries gets wind of plans by someone else to nuke us, they'll be front and center giving us the details.

The Iranians (those in the government, anyway) would welcome this, thinking it will wake-up the Twelfth Mahdi, currently napping in the bottom of some well somewhere, and ushering in an era in which the scourge of Islam pollutes the entire world.
