ok, Ohio and Kentucky conservatives and libertarians, you now have a golden opportunity to push back at the imbecility of nanny state liberals, who would even ban victory cigars for a sports team celebration!!!
liberalism truly is a mental disorder
just try to imagine the mentality of people (at least 5) who see the Reds celebrating on TV, notice the cigars amidst the champagne, and think “oh my, I’m going to call the Dept. of Health and make sure these guys are in T-R-O-U-B-L-E”
It had to be Phillies fans, not bed-wetting liberal pantywaists.
This is what happens when we (dumb America) elect democrats.
OH, THE HUGE MANATEE!!! In celebrating winning the division race they lite up a few cigars - big Fn deal!!!!!
Reds won tonight, so they still have an outside chance at #2 seed and homefield in NLDS. They need to sweep the Brewers. Put the ceee-gars out and get your head back in the game!
Hitler didn’t like to smoke. They’re just following Der Fuhrer’s wishes.
It’d be nice to find out which legislator(s) introduced (and voted for) that bill and vote them out. Nice timing so close to the elections.
Today, the “whistleblowers” report smoking.....
...tomorrow, they report conservatives.
These nanny-state anti-smoking zealots sicken me.
When they were trying to get the issue on the ballot they were hanging out at polling stations on election day harassing voters to sign the petition. They were right outside the door and violating the 150 foot law in Ohio. When I refused to sign the petition this effete snot in his tweed jacket and his goatee sneered at me “I see. You don;t care if children get lung cancer from second hand smoke!”
I walked in and complained to a deputy sheriff that this joker was viiolating the law and harassing me.
When I went out after voting he was standing at the 150 boundary marker and giving me the stink eye. I stopped in front of him and fired up a Macanudo Robusto and let out a big puff of smoke in his direction. I said “have a nice day!” and strolled over to me ride.
I was thrilled to see my Reds smoking stogies and celebrating.
When I saw this story yesterday, I was kind of wondering if maybe some of those who reported the Reds were folks who were against the ban and wanted people to see just how ridiculous and offensive it really was. Maybe if people saw the actual effect of what they voted for, they might have a chance to change things.
