According to our constitution, the President is not supposed to make laws on his own. Get with the program! We no longer have a constitution...we do not currently have a president...we are no longer functioning as a "rule of law" society/country.
The Constitution was made null and void the day that POE currently soiling the People's House was permitted to usurp the office of president. Without a whimper our country was conquered.
