Without specifically singling out LA, I agree with you completely. ;-]

That said, if Whitman really did get all the documentation and paid the taxes and the woman worked for her for nine years (suffering brutally at $23/hr) the story makes Whitman a winner.

Meg’s not my first pick for CA Governor, but Brown would be very near my last.

Well, neither get my voting for people that have no business in leadership roles, for the more popular evil etc....The only reason Whitman is running, is the GOP is broke and had to find someone to fund their own campaign...Brown? He should be put in a GD rubber room.

A sad state of affairs.

Just a guess, but I'd bet a nickel Whitman would disagree with you about now, and would very much like to see this go away.
