A bakery is not a “public service”. Its a private business. It serves people who privately seek its services. It chooses its customers as much as they chose to ASK for the baker’s services. One person has no more “right” to demand the baker’s services than the next.

The business has the right to refuse service but, personally, the correct response should have been to take the order, advise an added surcharge for the extra coloring and kept the money.

Now, if the baker was asked to draw penises on the cookies, or something like that, I'd refuse because of values. But if the issue was simply a multi-colored cookie, I think they over-reacted.

This is off the topic,but is just as perverted.I saw this story about people who have sex with robots on the Discovery Channel.This one weirdo actually had his girlfriend hypnotized so that she’d act like a robot!
