For what it’s worth, I remember hearing an interview on a late night talk radio show where a person who remained nameless assured the audience that there are patriotic, red-blooded Americans at all levels of gov’t, law enforcement, politics, and business.
I think the message was that we are not only not alone, but we (unknowingly) have friends in high places.
