The Qur’an states that Allah created the sun, the moon, and the planets, each with their own individual courses or orbits. “It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon; all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course” (21:33).
PERHAPS SINCE HE CANNOT REFERENCE “ALLAH” HE GOES THAT ROUTE!

Yes, he hesitates to give rights a divine origin. This allows for the possibility of governments curtailing them. Still something of a logical problem. Inalienable is inalienable. But could not a government reassess a right “inalienable” status if the right is conferred by that government in the first place? A right given by God would unassailable. A right given by man, less so.

Obama had to do this. It's the narcissist in him.
Since he did it the first time, if he included the omitted words this time he would be admitting a mistake and giving in to his critics. Obama NEVER gives in to his critics.
Therefore, he HAD to repeat his inital omission of the reference to the Creator.

I believe the excuse they used before was that he went off the teleprompter and he just added the comments from the constitution from memory.
This happening just a week later shows he’s wanting it to be noticed and commented on for whatever reason.
