LOL. I didn't see a smiley so I am taking your question as legitimate. I am old! We used to say “for petes sake” instead of more explicit words. And, I have no idea who pete is:) I am wondering if there will be courses in Alien at Harvard and Yale so we all can communicate when the time comes.
The term "for Pete's sake', is a reference to Saint Peter the Apostle, first Pope of the Roman Catholic Church who is also the Gate Keeper in Heaven. The implication is that should you do something terrible( or don't do something that is good) when you die and go before the Pearly Gates of Heaven, you won't have to explain yourself to Saint Peter.
