LOL! Who would want to build a factory in America? Obama will screw the bond holders and shareholders, UAW will steal everything, regulations, taxes, islamic prayer rugs, graft, drunken idiots.

I like Stuart Varney. Sadly he has to work for a scummy company partially owned by Saudi Prince Al Waleed pushing the Islam agenda. We need an american network like Kelsey Grammer's Conservative Network.

Note the Harley T-shirts on the drunks. I was getting lunch today and the cops were arresting a guy with Harley stickers on his SUV who was visably drunk.

You can’t discriminate against them just because they’re lazy alcoholics.

One of them drove off in a new Mustang, and another had an old Buick. I thought UAW workers beat up any coworker who didn’t drive their factory’s product. But since it’s Chrysler, I can’t blame them.

This was a regular habit for these pillars of society. I know their union is defending them, saying the pot smoking and booze guzzling happened on their lunch breaks, but one has to ask: What kind of work product or performance is expected of them that the effects of the drugs and alcohol does not get noticed by management?

Are they part of that group that was being paid to sit around and read newspapers because there was no work for them and they could not be laid off?

And to top it off, they were driving drunk and stoned. No cops around...ever?

I enjoyed watching Kirsten Powers on FNC last night defending the Chrysler workers by perpetuating a stereotype of bankers and three-martini lunches and asking why conservatives want to pick on the little guy having a beer and a some pot with his lunch. Number one, do two wrongs make a right? Number two, these guys have industrial jobs. They could hurt themselves and/or make an inferior product, both of which cost the company (and now the TAXPAYER!!!) money, if they’re drunk and high on the job. If they’re taking that risk, they should be fired. Every question is about class warfare with hucksters like her.

The sooner the auto makers kick the unions out, the better.

Just one of the many reasons I will NEVER buy a UAW car.

This is nothing. I lived in Michigan during the 70s and 80s. The biggest drug dens in the State was the auto factories. That is the truth.

This kind of crap is the WORST-Kept secret in Union factories.

I can tell you stories about it that will curl your hair. Like the Hidy-Holes in Union steel mills, complete with beds, frigdges, big-screen TV’s and Air-Conditioners where workers hide for HOURS from management.

And even better, when found, AS LONG AS THEY AREN’T ASLEEP, they cannot be fired!!!

Note the Harley T-shirts on the drunks.

What caught my attention was a Chrysler-Fiat worker driving off in
a Ford Mustang.

Well, I guess I can’t fault ‘em for having at least some good taste.

That’s the VXIwow-mahnnnX Amendment to the constitution, mahnnnnnn- the workers right to go to work to get loaded.

I figure about 23% of the workforce across the board does it.

Morons.

Nothing quite like being in command of a squad of stoned idiots- you get a lot done, and with sparkling conversation to boot.

This was nothing but a “whisky, beer and dope smoking summit”... Obama would approve.

There have always been a number of people drinking or smoking marijuana on the job, I’ve seen it since my first job as a teenager at a long closed greasy spoon in downtown Pittsburgh.

These guys were caught and should be fired, but it won’t get rid of the problem. It will send a warning to others in the industry that might also be guilty, but just not caught yet, to be more discrete. At least for a while.

“Note the Harley T-shirts on the drunks. I was getting lunch today and the cops were arresting a guy with Harley stickers on his SUV who was visably drunk.”

Note: I wear Harley T-shirts, as does my wife and I have a
Harley sticker on my 2010—$50,000 puck up and one on my 2007—$80,000 Airstream trailer..... and I don’t drink or do drugs. Oh, I also ride a Harley.

You might not want to judge folks by what they wear. Having retired at 53, I am no longer required to play dress up, so I dress simple and comfortable.

These union bugs are clearly lowlifes, but it has nothing to do with their T-shirts..

Now FRiend, I do agree with the rest of your post. ;>)

CAW boss Ken Lewenza slams video of Chrysler boozers

WINDSOR, Ont. — A Detroit television report exposing alcohol and drug use among 15 Chrysler Group workers during their lunch break from the Jefferson North Assembly plant was a politically motivated attempt to slam autoworkers and the Obama administration’s bailout of Chrysler and General Motors, CAW president Ken Lewenza said Friday.

“It frustrates me because it puts our members in a bad light when, in fact, it’s not unusual for people to have a couple of beers at lunch,” said Lewenza. “I would imagine we could catch executives, journalists going for lunch, having a couple of beers before going back to work.

“Why pick on autoworkers?”

That's nothing.

There's a crackhead in DC with his fingers on the nuclear, Internet kill-switch, and Federal Reserve Note printing buttons.

Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

I think FoxNews (not the local Detroit affiliate) called this “Cash for Crunkers.”

This has been going on since the early 70’s . My cousin owned a dealership and the stories he used to tell me about finding beer cans and whisky bottles inside the doors and in the trunks , etc...Sheesh - remember the Vega ? The guywho designed that must have been on drugs .
