I really wish Paul Ryan would go on these shows more often. He is able to get so technical about fiscal policy that people like Wallace are unable to follow up with stupid talking points.

I thought Boehner did well to avoid details; after all, there are 21 pages (or 45, depending on the font) of details in the Pledge. This is the time when the Dems need to promote the benefits of their agenda, and gloat over their accomplishments.

It's like Obama responding to his "exhausted" supporter; when I saw the clip of him talking, he looked like a guy at open mike night trying to explain the last joke he told, and all of his family members are in the audience, and they don't get the joke either, or they just don't think it's funny.
