Yep, I just read this today. This needs to be in the next political ad of every GOP Candidate for Congress and Senate in America. Special interest groups, like the Tea Party Express, needs to run this ad.
Come on, let's get the word out. If ObamaCare is not repealed by a Republican Congress, there will be a 3.8% tax to pay on home sales.

That 3.8% is on rental income too, granted it gets tacked on the high income base, but when they have to raise their rents to cover costs - everybody will follow suit

If ObamaCare is not repealed by a Republican Congress...Care to explain, in detail, how that repeal will work?
Since we all know nobama will veto any attempt to repeal or radically modify nobamacare, I'm very interested in your thoughts on how we will achieve the two-thirds majority necessary to override a presidential veto.

The real question, of course, is why the hell the Repubs did not make this a major issue during debate over the bill — and why they haven’t made it a major issue since!
