Stop with the hyperbole and the phony accusations. No one comes to Free Republic for voting advice.

California tried it your way seven years ago, and got Schwarzenegger. Look at how that worked out.

My hope is that what consistently fails in California will serve as a warning for conservatives in the rest of the country.

As for Brown, he’s a sad joke. It boggles my mind that anyone could vote for him, even after all these years, because we’ve seen this movie before, and already know how it turns out. I am frustrated that the GOP didn’t put up a stronger candidate against him. They obviously figured that Meg Whitman had more money, so she would be the right pick. But that’s a flawed strategy.

Next time the GOP should nominate a candidate who didn’t run her company into the ground.

No one has the MONEY to take on the UNIONS and MOVEON.org and Hollywood Left !

If the UNIONS ,MOveon.org, and Hollywood are trying to STOP Meg she is doing something right !

Lets stop trashing the Republican and start working on stopping Moonbeam.
I am tired of the purity tests here which result in radical leftist getting elected ! Do you want MOONbeam and UNIONS handling the census results or ramming thru gay nutter Mark Leno's single payer law !
