Now see... IMO,someone who pleads “insanity” because they raped and murdered someone is even more reason to give them the death penalty... right there... in the face... with a large caliber round. If he’s so crazy that he doesn’t know that killing and raping are bad things, he is crazy enough not to care about his own life.

If an animal goes crazy and attacks people they are killed because they are crazy and dangerous. It is perfectly natural.
No one is thinking, Oh the poor animal. He didn’t know what he was doing.
If he is a danger to society, he should be eliminated.
