Americans are a good people, fair-minded and compassionate. Despite Michelle Obama's condemnation of the United States as "just downright mean" while stumping for her husband in South Carolina in 2008, Americans lead the world in private charitable giving.

A month after the deadly Haiti earthquake in January 2010, American charities and churches had given $409 million in aid. More than half that amount — $210 million — had been raised within five days.

This spirit of charity has been demonstrated time and again, as after the 2003 earthquake in Bam, Iran, and the devastating Indian Ocean tsunamis the day after Christmas in 2004. Americans, rich and poor, gave of themselves instinctively.

And none of those gifts was forced out of our hands by government. It was of our own free will. That's what we do.

Even those Americans who do not identify themselves as religious frequently derive their sense of morality from our country's Judeo-Christian underpinnings. They are not forced into a state religion, but take their cues from what was so critically important to our Founders.

That explains why accusations of hard-heartedness by the radical left ring so false. Object to illegal immigrants jumping the line? You're racist. Support a state's attempt to protect its borders and people (by mirroring federal law)? Xenophobic. Reject the progressive left's calls for social justice? Downright mean. What's wrong with you?

The left doesn't want to see hard heartedness. The last time the US became 'hard hearted' the Empire of Japan and the Third Reich were utterly crushed.

The next time those hearts get hard, the Left is going to see that tingle up their leg turn into a warm, wet flow from the urethra.

The Mass authorities first ordered Auntie Zeituni deported years ago but she refused to obey the law----figuring she'd miss out on all the govt freebies.

The SAME judge granted her "asylum" in the United States. The ruling said a return to Kenya might put Auntie in danger.

She says her life is "in danger" if she went back to Kenya---b/c she knows she can collect more freebies if she claims "persecution."

So there she sits in public housing collecting US govt handouts b/c she's "disabled".......but she's geting ready to collect SS when the heat dies down, and has hired a high price lawyer to help her get the money.

THE ASYLUM RIPOFF UP CLOSE A Social Security category provides outrageous government financial aid to "refugees" claiming "persecution." These phonies never paid a dime into the SS system; yet, they can collect seven years straight...... and can get extended payments if they are politically well-connected. The SS checks can amount to $1000 a month, and more.

In fiscal year 2008, the US government received 47,459 asylum claims and granted 10,743 - a decrease over the previous year's 54,957 applications and 12,807 approvals.

We need to see the emails, phone records and textings of the Ohaha admin to determine whether Ovomiton is colluding with Auntie to pull off this scam.

BTW, a lot of Mexican illegals are using the asylum scam--claiming drug violence forced them to flee over the border.
