Criminals are consumate liars; experts. But regardless of how many times that is absolutely proven, the ignorant, aspiring perfection and needing so much to be loved and admired, will always demand that the next career criminal be given the benefit of the doubt.
If I were a criminal, of course I'd give every one of them a hug.
