Any reasonable person reading the transcripts that have been posted so far would conclude Scott was high on something. He made the mistake of carrying his weapon in such a condition and therefore set the stage for this tragedy.

Most reasonable readers though, would read (and more importantly comprehended) ALL the testimony before coming to the conclusions and assertions you did.

A reasonable person would conclude Scott was on prescription painkillers. Frankly, when they trotted out darn near every employee of Costco in Nevada, and they all talked about how Scott had red eyes and was stumbling around, my BS flag hit the dirt!

For their account to be right, Scott would have needed to walk around the store looking for employees to impress with his state - yet multiple eyewitnesses who don’t work for Costco saw nothing of the sort.

And in my trips to Costco, I don’t get up close and personal with a dozen employees. Their accounts seem...coordinated.

The only mistake I see is from Costco employee's and the LVPD intent to kill someone which started with the goofy lying people at Costco making a big deal out of nothing because they don't know the gun laws in the state. Now the inquest is about making this guy look as bad as possible and drag him through the mud while the video disappeared so the city won't get sued and Costco won't be found at fault. This is such a cover up because now it's not about justice it's about MONEY!Nothing is adding up and I can't wait for more people to testify to get the real picture. The Scotts attorney needs to pound on Costco and the LVPD about the socalled LOST video. This is such a dog and pony show and it's so obvious.

According to the article, in Nevada it's illegal to carry a concealed weapon while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, so it was more than a mistake.
