I’m sorry but I thought that the police made a terrible mistake when they shot the victim to begin with, and unfortunately nothing in this report changes my mind. The intent seems to be to place all the blame on the dead guy and none on those who put him into that condition. Sorry to disappoint, but as with Phill we will have to agree to disagree on this one.
I’m not saying the police didn’t screw up and kill the guy, I’m not saying they did.
I’m saying the facts matter. I’ll wait for them.
