The story goes that if a cop determines someone is dangerous to them they can harm them up to and including murdering them on the stop.
Given this man’s poor physical fitness, he would be feeling more vulnerable than most people and that might explain why he did what he did.
Yeah, I know.
However, just because a cop is not in good physical shape does not give him the right to shoot someone solely based on that reason.
If he is not fit to perform his duties on the street, then park his fat butt behind a desk.
