Doesnt LVPD have any standards covering minimal physical requirements for its officers? I guess not based on the picture of the one who led the firing squad. If the LVPD murderers on the Costco firing squad would have stopped to get those little electric Costco carts for the disabled, it might have saved Erik's life...

It is not flaming it is educating. The right to keep and bear arms is such an important subject it would be helpful if the clueless read and learned rather than posted nonsense.
If one doesn’t even know what something is they should refrain from acting like an expert on it.
A “sealed weapon permit” is not a typo for concealed carry permit or concealed handgun license. It is proof positive of ignorance on the entire subject.
The subsequent posts are further proof.

Platitudes and 30-year fault records are insufficent to condemn a cop for killing a man that drew a weapon. So you didn't read any of the other threads.
Apparently you didn't read this article either. Scott was given conflicting commands. He didn't "draw" on the police.

seemingly: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
The cops had to get the Costco snitch to identify the target, who was just standing around, like all the other innocent bystanders

If he was taking that amount of drugs, he should not have been carrying a gun. Look. The "drugs" angle is just for the smear.

Finally. A picture of the perp.

That sucks... I like getting my pistachios from Costco. It would be a bummer for you if you accidentally got on Shia Lierly's nerves while you were picking up some pistachios, and he fingered you for the local NKVD squad.
To: SnakeDoctor
The holster? Not only did he go directly to Scott and touch him on his right arm but Mosher was only 6 ft. away when he fired the first shot.
Funny.....the Cops in my family say this was way over the top reaction by the cops....quote “The cover-up is always worse than the crime”
To: Fundamentally Fair
He had 5-25 times the lethal amount? so the cops really didnt kill scott, it was the EMTs fault...

If so, that regulation needs to change in situations like this. I cannot believe that a cop would order a person to touch his weapon. It would be the other way around. Put up your hand and keep your hands in plain sight etc. The same way as in a traffic stop. Everyone knows to keep your hands in plain sight during a traffic stop. NKVD Metro likes it this way. They can execute you between donut breaks, and get paid OT for a rigged dog-and-pony show Free Day Friday.
To: panthermom
Actually ... my point was that the holster doesn’t make much difference. You can shoot through a holster.

So they didn’t really kill Erik Scott because he was already dead from a morphine overdose?
To: Mr Rogers
How is it the Dallas Police were able to arrest this leftard wacko inside a movie theater with only minor damage (he did resist arrest), knowing he was armed, dangerous, and, at the very least, a cop killer?
Yet, in far less difficult circumstances, these Las Vegas pigs killed a West Point grad who was none of the above.

Smartcarry. Unless I'm getting felt up, there isn't any possible way for them to know.
If I'm getting felt up, they've got more to worry about from my wife than from me.

Don't wast your time talking to SnakeDoctor - he LOVES the taste of jack-boot leather.
"Conservatives" like him are one of the big reasons why we have a Police State in all but name.

If that were my son this fat POS murdered he would be looking over his shoulder every single day of the rest of his short life.

Actually, he used the proper term “concealed”, which you changed to “sealed”.
He may be beating a straw man, but that’s not the one.
