Yes, it’s a do or die issue for the Republican Party. If the RINO leadership lets Obamacare stand, then the GOP is toast.
I doubt whether they can repeal it for two years while Obama has the veto, but they can refuse to fund it. And they can keep the pressure on it and the Dem congress that rammed it through.
And then they can fully repeal it in 2012.
Unless they can put enough pressure on to get repentant Dems worried about being thrown out of office to help override the veto. Certainly they should do that if they possibly can; and if not, use it again in 2012 as a campaign issue.
