Well, it is an anti-poverty foundation; and given that 74% of the donations are going to salaries, I'd say the foundation is doing a good job of fighting poverty among its employees. The purpose of many "charitable foundations" is to be a means of sheltering money from taxes while conveying it to friends and descendants. Any actual "charity" work is just for maintaining the fig leaf.

I agree.It seems to me most “non-profits” and NGOs are just shills who lobby for raising taxes.
