Just imagine if Obama was shot in the head on national TV and survived... but suffered some sort of brain damage that left him to all outward appearances ok... but deep down something was fundamentally changed inside that turned him into a homicidal lunatic.

The president of a super power can destroy the entire world on a whim if he so chooses and no one could stop him until it was too late. The president does not have to get permission to launch our entire nuclear arsenal. *shiver*
