.... In the Special Election to fill the final 2 years of Hillary Rodham Clinton's term, incumbent Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand and former Congressman Republican Joe DioGuardi today finish effectively even, with Gillibrand's nominal 1-point lead being within the survey's theoretical margin of sampling error.
Gillibrand leads in the 5 boroughs of NYC but trails elsewhere.

Cuomo and Gillibrand are looking more and more like losers as each day passes.
You mean there’s a chance Dingy Harry will be looking for a new “hottie”? LOL!
"Pick me, Harry"
GMTA!!! That’s exactly who I was thinking he’d be hitting on next. LOL!
NY is in play. Gillibrand only holds a 1% lead in a Survey USA Poll. The Dems are in big trouble.
Harry Reid might think you're "hot." But in 2010-speak that just means you're toast.
Buh-bye, Kirsten!
This is so cool! I was one of the people polled in the Quinnipiac poll which is referenced in the article. I had a great time with those poll questions :)
Details of the poll is here:

It’s 45-44 Gillibrand DioGuardi. It’s pretty amazing that this seat is now a toss up.
Think what this means for the Congressional races.
But there are a lot of money trees in NY and I imagine they'll be shakin' like seldom before.
If this result is anywhere close to real, this will be a bloodbath of epic proportions.
A lot of the money going to help a candidate who is down 16 points in the polls, would be better off spent helping a Candidate who is down only 1.
But...but...if he’s not a real conservative, we’d rather have NY elect the democrat...right?
These are the things I’ve been learning here lately.
New York may actually be more likely to see a Republican surge than California. It's just that Cali had the first tier candidates and the megabucks. We'll see, exciting times!
This gets little attention, seems so win-able, NY 20th Congressional District, Chris Gibon vs Scott Murphy: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2594659/posts
The Pataki reign nearly killed the NY GOP. No, electing big-spending liberals doesn't help us.
Glad you're learning a few things.
What?!? Joe is one point behind Gillibrand? LOL!
Palladino is gonna crush Cuomo.
DioGuardi is a conservative endorsed by the Tea Party.
