When asked specifically about whether Koch Industries pays any taxes as a C corporation, rather than an S corporation, Holden declined to say, explaining that that's some of the confidential information Koch Industries wants to keep private.

This is B/S.

We the People grant individuals the privilege of forming corporations because it is believed that limiting their personal liability encourages economic growth.
If for tax purposes the governments have created different types of corporations over the years, then We the People should know which type of corporation a business claims to be.
It is typical, irresponsible libertarian behavior to mock this fundamental principal upon which all businesses are formed for the enrichment of a couple billionaire kooks.
