We used to say back in the 60s in Atlanta where we had a white doughnut surrounding a black center that the whites commuted downtown in the morning and the blacks went to the suburbs to work and then everyone switched back in the evening.

Atlanta seems to have a clear North-South divide.

Just need to go south a little more to hit Peachtree City. Depends on where the city limit line is drawn. When I was kid Atlanta was entirely in Fulton and Dekalb counties, then we went to the 5 county greater Atlanta are and last I heard it was 11 counties and metastasizing rapidly. Eventually there will be a city called I-85 from Atlanta all the way to NY.
