I said "scratch the Episcopal Church" only because their existence is not a result of "Freedom of Religion" but the opposite - The Founding Fathers not allowing the Church of England to continue to require or even allow oaths of allegiance to or prays for the King. I was only making the point that some religions can be in effect unconstitutional.
