Yes, but you said to scratch the Episcopalians. The Episcopal Church is on good constitutional footing, as are other church bodies using the revised Book of Common Prayer in which the prayers for the Queen and Royal Family are replaced by prayers for the President and other officials of the American government. "God save the Queen" is replaced by "God save the state."
