The problem then seems to be genetics. With our modern science and genetics we just need to breed elk that hunt and have a taste for wolf. Can you imagine a herd of ravenous elk with sharp teeth and their very pointy antlers?

Anyone see those Atlantic Salmon. Larger (about 3 times as big) and hungrier than the native salmon. Picture elk with the same effect.
