I gave you a hard time on a thread the other day. Must say I am glad you watched Christine and doubly glad you liked what you saw.
Folks, do NOT dismiss as pooh pooh that how a candidate presents is not important. Christine O'Donnell is a very, very nice person, a devout Christian. She speaks very well and has a wonderful smile.
So okay, it's just a smile. Hey, we understand the importance of sincere and bright smiles out here in la la land. Let us compare Christine's smile to say, Lisa Murkowski. Or, I'll throw it out there, the bright sunshine smile of a Karl Rove or Charles Krauthammer.
Christine will be liked and admired way more than that communist midget from New Castle county...just give her a chance.
Below, a couple of pics. One is me in 2005 with Christine, the other is with my granddaughter from this past July.
Taking the liberty to provide some local Blogs to better follow this most important Delaware Senatorial contest.
This Blog, due to its longevity and its origins by a former head of the Sussex county Republican party, is the most well read Blog in Delaware, at least in Sussex county.
I, myself, am a frequent commenter there and I can't go anywhere where people don't know my name. I am not necessary proud of that but I do jump in and I emphasize, the beauty of this Blog is in the comments.
Fay Voshell is also a freqent commenter on Delawarepolitics.net. She has a splendid Bill Buckley kind of writing style and is conservative politically.
Frank is a poster on Delawarepolitics.net who is quite controversial. He is a frequent caller to the local yokel talk radio and last week he got through to Rush right before the election. He spoke at length with Rush about Mike Castle and his questionable affiliations. I'd like to see Frank as the next head of the Sussex county GOP.
Here is also a frequent commenter on Delawarepolitics.net, very conservative, posts on his Blog fairly regularly, works on the O'Donnell campaign.
The local Sussex county talk radio link, extremely conservative, home to the infamous Dan Gaffney, strange dude and interviewer who tried to deliberately harass and derail Christine O'Donnell leading up to her campaign.
Just knew when she mentioned a Wednesday luncheon it had to be yours....Thanks for all the materials/links we can use to follow her compaign.
and PLEASE tell her America is praying for her...Goodness will win out!
Thanks O.
WGMD - the talk of Delmarva. I loved that station! I used to listen to Laura Ingraham on it every weeknight (she’s not on in the NY market). I’d enjoy the local stuff and weather reports. (I really liked that girl Trish.) I felt like a citizen of Rehoboth Beach! :-)
