Yes, she has a reasonably good chance but I am unsure exactly what the odds are. The Dem Loebsack has more money. He was swept in in 2006, unexpectedly beating 30 year incumbent Jim Leach. This district has more Dems than Republicans, but more registered No Party than both combined.
Chuck Grassley at the top of the ballot win win easily and former Governor Terry Branstad will also defeat incumbent Chester Culver easily. I am hoping that the House candidates in between will be carried in by the wave.
