I would maybe think about it if they declared their illegal status at the time of enlistment and were deported if: 1) they were otherwise not eligible to enlist and 2) they did not successfully completed an enlistment. I would much prefer to see a number of visa be reserved for those that would like to legally enter the country in order to serve.
College students? Absolutely not.
