Most of the polls that show the race a dead heat are polls of “Americans” which is essentially anybody with a pulse that answers the phone. In most off year election less than 50% of “Americans” vote, that's why GOOD pollsters like Rasmussen whittle the the results down to “likely voters”. So yes, it is very possible for dems and republicans to be evenly split among “Americans” and Republicans up 10% among “likely voters”.

who answers their phone anymore?? pollsters who have to reply upon people answering their phones are immediately at a disadvantage....

people EVERYWHERE are disgusted with this whining, divisive, socialist administration. they don’t know what is coming...the silence is deafening.
