Most faced outstanding orders for deportation or had returned after being deported. So the ones that have already been deported and came back are still called immigrants. Does it get more idiotic than that?

The UT doesn’t use terms like “illegal” or “alien”. San Diego has more than its share of Mexicans and they wouldn’t want to offend them.
