Now I am serious folks.
These guys stole the grease, but the truth is that the Gubmint taxes folks for using grease as a fuel, even if they produce it themselves for them selves.

So I ask, who are the ****ing crooks here?

The boiling point of grease raises as it gets older and will and will start to burn food before it cooks the center. One must learn to manage grease with new fat to keep it from burning food.

There was some fellow, I think he was in FLA. A retired engineer. He worked out a deal with the fast food chains to collect the grease, which he used as bio diesel in an old mercedes that he converted over.

Smart guy, smart plan....

The IRS showed up at his door for a cut.

I went to school with a guy named Mathis Mathis. I don’t know what his middle name was.

North Bergen? What this means is that for a restaurant business, the sale of their grease is contracted. Most likely to an “outfit” waste recycler. So these enterprising thieves are lucky they weren’t caught by the “contractors” guido and carmine from the Bergen Hunt Club. Five Guys, indeed.

I recall reading that repeated heat cycles to ordinary oil converts some of it to the trans-fat kind.

I wish bakeries stopped using palm oil and non-lard shortening. Most stores now have bakery products that have a fishy odour to them, which becomes more prominent when heated. I’ve noticed that some of my friends haven’t been able to detect this odour, but I can detect it in practically all baked foods, especially soft ones like cupcakes, containing the two ingredients.

Hmm, I’ll try substituting vegetable oil with it and see how it tastes.

Five Guys Burgers

Nothing but the best grease for them! Their burger and fries will keep you in calories for days. Good stuff.

Bio diesel is frequently the end use of stolen fryolator oil. It can go for several dollars a gallon!
