1. A creator gave us natural rights inalienable by the government.
2. Remove the creator and natural rights become positive rights (right given by man, or government).
3. Government can then take those rights away.

In Obama’s defense, there is a good chance that he has never read the Declaration of Independence. But I betca that teleprompter had it right because he sure had a nice long pause when he was supposed to mention the Creator.

That was a good catch. I saw the brief video that was extracted from his speech. No question about it. It was deliberate. And typical.
The Christian God gives all men certain inalienable rights, including the freedom to choose. Islam simply cannot understand that idea. Nor can Communism. So it’s no wonder that the Communist Muslim in the White House wanted to leave that out.
As far as he’s concerned, he’s the one who gives us our “rights”—or takes them away at his pleasure.
