“ObamaCare” is unconstitutional. The Federal government is mandating that individuals buy health insurance from it. In addition, it violates the state of Massachusetts implied state’s rights within the Constitution as well.

IOW, he sees no problem with RomneyCare?

I haven’t asked him, more than likely he’s against it, then again the states have the right to do such things whether you like it or not.
